You need a coach

I truly believe everyone should have a coach.  I do.

I can be that coach for you.

Together, we can create the results you desire for yourself and your life.

You can finally lose weight and stop emotionally overeating.

You can build your own business.

You can stop procrastinating.

You can have deeper connections in your relationships.

You can increase your confidence.

You can discover your purpose

How does coaching with me make this happen?

First, we increase your awareness. We take time to look at your life from the outside and the areas you feel stuck and desire change.

Second, we get your emotions under control. Learning how to manage your emotions is essential in order to take-action.

Lastly, we take massive action. You learn to honor your commitments and follow through with your promises to yourself.  This alone quickly and dramatically increases your self-confidence.

I was a Mental Health Therapist for years.  I want to point out that Coaching is not therapy. We don't explore your past or try to make sense of your childhood.

We simply acknowledge with compassion where you are right now.

We start where you are and move forward from there.

It's a future-focused, life-altering process.

Are you ready?

About Me

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, I get it!  Prior to working with my Life Coach, I answered yes to many of the questions that I pose.

Despite my training and education in Psychology and my many years working with clients as a Mental Health Therapist, I was living a life filled with insecurity, self-doubt, confusion and fear.  I knew that I was living under my potential and that I was designed for more, but I felt stuck and fearful to take action, which led me to mask my negative emotions and fear by emotionally overeating and enjoying one too many glasses of Pinot Noir.

I often thought to myself, “Danielle, you are a Therapist, you should be living a healthier more abundant life.  You should know better.”

Once I had my daughter, I decided to take some time away from Counseling.  I wasn’t fulfilled.  I knew that I wanted to use my gifts, skills, training and the many valuable tools that I learned in my Master’s program, but I knew I wanted it to look differently.

It was during this time of exploration that I was introduced to Life Coaching by my neighbor. She was a Life Coach and she had such a penetrating joy about her.  She exuded presence, confidence, love, compassion and she had such a heart to help and to serve others.  She was living out a life that I so desired for myself.  It was clear that she was living out her purpose.

Her love for coaching led me to start my own personal journey working with a Life Coach.  This journey has truly transformed my life.  No, really.  It has.

I went from drinking Pinot Noir every night, to no longer needing wine in order to mask my emotions.

I went from being a person who did not stick to her word to herself, to honoring her word no matter what.

I went from buffering away my emotions by emotionally overeating to being okay with feeling an emotion all the way through and therefore lessening the negative emotion.

I went from a person who was playing it safe, living under my potential and working in a profession I did not like, to starting my own successful coaching business and truly loving the work that I get to do in the world.

I went from a person who was afraid to take action out of my comfort zone to a person who acts despite her fear and has therefor increased her self-confidence dramatically.

I am a Life Coach and I am also a human.  These things you and I struggle with are part of the human experience.

Because of my personal experience, I strongly believe that if you are willing to show up and do the work, a good Coach can help you create the life you desire to live and deserve to live.  It is then that you can live out your unique purpose powerfully.
